Abstract

COVID-19 is caused by a novel beta coronavirus, now known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Bacterial co-infection of influenza with Staphylococcus aureus is well known, but there are no reported cases for SARS-Cov-2. We present a case of COVID-19 who had positive blood culture for MRSA.
